Introduction

All reviewers of Papua Law Review play an important role in maintaining the quality, integrity, and credibility of the journal through a fair, objective, confidential, and timely peer-review process conducted via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) using the double-blind review method. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive and professional evaluations to assist the Editorial Board in making publication decisions and to support authors in improving the quality of their manuscripts. As part of its commitment to enhancing the quality of scholarly publishing, Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong provides incentives and recognition for reviewers in accordance with the applicable institutional policies and regulations. All reviewer activities, responsibilities, and transactions within this journal are carried out in compliance with the policies and guidelines established by Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong, while upholding the principles of academic integrity, confidentiality, and publication ethics.
