Abstract

Partisipasi generasi muda merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung terwujudnya Green Government sebagai bagian dari upaya mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun, masih rendahnya pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa SMA serta mahasiswa terhadap isu tata kelola pemerintahan yang berwawasan lingkungan menjadi tantangan dalam implementasinya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan partisipasi generasi muda mengenai konsep Green Government serta perannya dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 19 Juni 2026 di UNIMUDA Convention Center (UCC) Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sorong dengan melibatkan 150 peserta yang terdiri atas siswa SMA dan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 58,4 pada pre-test menjadi 84,6 pada post-test. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi dalam diskusi, penyusunan rencana aksi, serta komitmen untuk menerapkan perilaku ramah lingkungan di lingkungan sekolah, kampus, dan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini berhasil memperkuat kesadaran generasi muda sebagai agent of change dalam mendukung implementasi Green Government. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dan partisipasi generasi muda serta berkontribusi terhadap upaya mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
